Placing an order

You can place the order using our website or our Customer Service (M-F from 9: 00-15: 00), by sending an email to info@engineparts.es, where you will be attended and advised by one of our specialists.

If you use our website http://www.engineparts.es (24h / day, 365 days / year) you must:

Register on our website, where you must inform us of a series of essential data (address and contact telephone number) so that ENGINEPARTS.ES can send you the merchandise or contact the client in case of any doubt caused at the time of processing the order.

After registering, you must select the parts you want to purchase and add them to the cart.

Once the order has been placed, you will be informed of the shipping costs incurred and the available forms of payment (Paypal, credit / debit card or bank transfer).

You can use our email address for any type of query about spare parts. Our email address is info@engineparts.es

If any of the parts you want are not available on the website, you can use our Customer Service where you will be informed of the availability and price of the product.

Delivery

The products purchased in ENGINEPARTS.ES are supplied in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. The products will be sent to the delivery address indicated during the order. Delivery times correspond to the preparation and delivery of the order and may vary between 1-3 working days.

If at the time of delivery it is visibly and clearly appreciated, without having to manipulate the shipping packaging or the product's own, that a product has defects caused by transport damage or it is appreciated, in the same way, a error in the merchandise received, the Customer must record it on the delivery note and notify ENGINEPARTS.ES (by email or our Customer Service Center) within 24 hours of receiving the order in order to request the return of the affected product or products and with it the replacement with a new one or the refund of the price paid for it.

Return

As established in LAW 7/1996 of January 15 BOE January 17, 1996 on distance sales, you, as a buyer, will have the right to return the product within seven days after receipt of the order. In this case, the buyer must meet the direct return costs and, where appropriate, compensate for damage to the object of purchase. The material, in case of return, must be sent, prior notice to ENGINEPARTS.ES, in the original packaging of the product, and in perfect condition together with the delivery note and / or purchase invoice. In these cases, ENGINEPARTS.ES will return the purchase money through the same form of payment used by the customer.

Any product damaged, or whose original packaging is damaged, will not be reimbursed in whole or in part, regardless of the correct operation or condition of the product.

In the event that the product is defective, both the return and the shipping costs of a new product will be borne by ENGINEPARTS.ES.

If the part is defective, and the damage has been caused by transport, it must be reported to ENGINEPARTS.ES in less than 24 hours as indicated in the "Delivery" section.

It is not considered defective if there has been a mistake on the part of the customer when placing the order. In this case, both the return shipping of the product and the shipping costs of another requested product will be borne by the customer.

Warranties and After-Sales Service (SPV)

For all products purchased at ENGINEPARTS.ES, the customer will benefit from the legal guarantee of hidden defects. To find out the steps that must be followed in the event of problems or breakdowns in a product, you can contact Customer Service at the following email: info@engineparts.es.

In order to benefit from the guarantee, you must absolutely keep the purchase invoice for the product.
The guarantees do not cover:

replacement of consumables (oils, gaskets, filters, ...)
the abnormal use or outside the recommended uses of the products,
defects and their consequences linked to use not in accordance with the use for which the product is intended.
defects and their consequences linked to all external causes.
